To brew a cup of uplifting Afternoon Tea, use freshly boiled water cooled to approx. 85°c and infuse for 2 to 4 minutes. This tea can be overwhelmed by milk so try it black first!

We think our Afternoon Tea is best savoured around 3 pm (with a Cornish cream tea, of course!) – but it is equally as delicious at any time of the day.
