Ingredients

A premium blend of hand-plucked Cornish Tea from Tregothnan, the finest Assam Tea from India, and Citrus bergamia. This tea is dairy-free, gluten-free, and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Brewing instructions

To brew our use filtered or bottled water just off the boil. Brew for 2 to 4 minutes depending on how strong you like your tea – we recommend 3 minutes of steeping time before tasting. Earl Grey is usually served without milk but a splash can be added. Ideal with a slice of lemon, you can also sweeten it with honey or sugar to taste.

Very efficient service. My order was dealt with promptly and received within three days. The tea comes in neat sachets to protect the actual tea bags.

Good quality tea which is well received by tea drinkers, although my personal preference is for the Tregothnan peppermint tea.

About us

Rare plants have been nurtured by the same family at Tregothnan since 1334. The first tea was grown in the UK in 1999 to put the ‘English into English Tea’ and the most British tea in history was first sold in 2005.

Now, over 26 miles of tea bushes thrive in the unique microclimate, seven miles inland and with a deep-sea creek bringing regular fog. Manuka bushes have also thrived here since the 1880’s, the first grown outside of New Zealand and producing the most delicious honey.
