Ternatea, is a startling blue infusion native to south-east Asia. Add a squeeze of lemon and the infusion turns purple, making it a visually captivating drink. Traditionally used in Thai and Malay cuisine, butterfly pea flower tea is rich in anthocyanins. It is also believed to improve skin and hair health, thanks to its collagen-boosting properties. How to serve

Steep dried flowers in 80°C water until the desired colour is achieved.

This tea can be enjoyed hot or cold.
