Our Rhubarb Tea has been put through various trials to dry and retain the distinctive rhubarb flavour. The pretty pink plant is actually a vegetable and ordinarily far too sour to eat without sugar. We have picked, chopped and dried the stems to make a fabulous, light and refreshing infusion, with a delicate rhubarb flavour – no sugar needed!

To brew a cup of this delicious rhubarb infusion, use freshly boiled water left to cool to approx. 80ºc and infuse for three to four minutes. Best served without milk.
