This mini 7g pouch is a perfect chance for you to try the newest addition to our infusion family. Our Rhubarb Tea has been put through various trials to dry and retain the distinctive rhubarb flavour. The pretty pink plant is actually a vegetable and ordinarily far too sour to eat without sugar. We have picked, chopped and dried the stems to make a fabulous, light and refreshing infusion, with a delicate rhubarb flavour – no sugar needed!
Rhubarb can often take two years or more to grow large enough for picking.

To brew a cup of this delicious rhubarb infusion, use freshly boiled water left to cool to approx. 80ºc and infuse for three to four minutes. Best served without milk.
