Manuka tea bags – benefits
Manuka tea bags are made from bushes which are celebrated for their antibacterial properties used both internally and externally, and are even used by nurses to dress wounds. Why not brew yourself a cup of Manuka next time you need to soothe a sore throat?
Ingredients
Pure English manuka leaves grown on the Tregothnan estate in Cornwall.
Brewing instructions
To brew a cup of Manuka, use freshly boiled water which has been left to cool and infuse for 4 minutes. Sweeten with honey to taste.

As featured on BBC’s Countryfile with James Wong, Lynda Bellingham’s Tasty Travels on ITV, and picked by Hugh’s Hungry Boys on Channel 4, our Manuka tisane is sometimes likened to Rooibos or Honeybush from South Africa.
