Lemon verbena tea benefits
This infusion’s many reported health benefits include its working as an antidepressant, expectorant, nerve tonic, and digestive aid. We make no such medical claims however, we do urge you to enjoy its zingy zestful flavour. The perfect after-dinner digestive, Lemon Verbena can also be added to other teas to add a hint of lemon and a subtly sweet, spicy bite.
Pure English lemon verbena, grown in Cornwall on the Tregothnan estate. This tisane is naturally caffeine-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Infuse for 3 to 5 minutes depending on how strong you like your tea – we recommend at least 4 minutes of infusion time before pouring. For a stronger flavour, the tea sachet can remain in the cup as you drink your brew.
Lemon Verbena should be served without milk and can be sweetened with sugar or honey.
