Ingredients
Pure English Chamomile Grown and picked on the Tregothnan estate.
this plant has been used for years as a medicinal cure-all to calm the mind, help cases of flu, soothe digestive issues, and ease muscle stiffness and cramps. It is also reported to have anti-inflammatory properties, try ringing your flannel out in our Chamomile infusion and leaving it on your face for a while – perfect for pepping up skin and relieving tired eyes!
Our Chamomile infusion includes stalk-on flowers. These are a wholefood which means that it has a more fulsome flavour – similar to Aloysia, the taste from the flower stem can be the most intense.
Brewing instructions
Infuse for 3 to 5 minutes depending on how strong you like your tea – we recommend at least 4 minutes of infusion time before pouring. For a stronger flavour, the tea sachet can remain in the cup as you drink your brew. Chamomile should be served without milk and can be sweetened with sugar or honey.
