Limited Edition Royal Wedding Tea for Britain’s Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The whole population of Britain is sure to be tuned in to watch our prince marry his American sweetheart on May 19th 2018, most of us with a cup of tea in hand.
We have created a unique blend of Royal Tea with leaves plucked from a tea bush planted by Prince Harry’s Grandfather, HRH Prince Philip. These royal leaves have been blended with black Assam, lemon peel, ginger, rose petals and bergamot oil. The flavour is delicate but subtley spicy, floral but refreshing and smooth. There’s a slight sweetness which is a perfect match for the afternoon tea parties being hosted up and down the country on May 19th.
This Royal Wedding Tea is a limited edition tin – only 500 white and gold tins have been made and each one is uniquely numbered. The luxurious tins each contain 12 pyramid tea bags – 100% biodegradable and made from cornstarch.
To brew a cup of our light and fragrant Royal Wedding Tea, use freshly boiled water left to cool to approximately 85ºc and infuse for three to four minutes. Best served without milk but a splash could be added to taste.
