Today we are excited to be entering the Cornwall Garden Society’s Spring Flower Show 2017 at the beautiful Boconnoc Estate near Lostwithiel. The largest flower show yet, the Cornwall Garden Society’s annual event is now in its 106th year and marks the start of the season for all gardening enthusiasts and horticulturalists.
It is the first major flower show of the horticultural year in the South West where over 6,000 gardeners and growers gather for the two-day event. We will be joining over 120 traders and exhibitors to bring our fabulous first blooms from the Tregothnan garden to be judged in the competitive classes.
This year we are entering:
9 hardy, woody specimens, 3 conifers, 1 flowering Southern Hemisphere, 12 different Camellia blooms, 6 different Camellia blooms, 3 different Camellia blooms, 1 reticulata bloom.
We’ll let you know the results of our garden team’s hard work in preparation for this prestigious floral event!
