Tregothnan is looking for a meticulous and reliable cleaner across various areas of the business. Property and Compliance Manager
For a privately owned mixed property portfolio, within a diversified and progressive rural estate.
We seek a commercially minded surveyor to take responsibility for the overall general maintenance, compliance and preservation of our residential, commercial, and agricultural stock including heritage buildings and infrastructure.
As a key member of the estate management team, which is responsible for delivering the Estate’s objectives, the person will ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation of this part of the Estate business. The person should have a proven track record of developing programmes of work and budgets and managing Health and Safety compliance.
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic individual with exceptional leadership and management skills, and with the ability to handle a demanding workload whilst balancing different priorities and varied work streams and projects.
You will need a relevant degree level qualification along with a relevant professional qualification (such as CIOB or RICS) or be actively working towards gaining professional status.
