Just in case you’d like to keep the tea in your G&T, here’s a little summery recipe for a delicious Earl Grey G&Tea.
200ml Tregothnan Earl Grey Tea
20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
50 ml gin
25 ml vermouth
Cold brew your Earl Grey tea for at least 12 hours. Sieve and keep chilled in an airtight container.
Place the maple syrup in a large jug or blender and pour over the Earl Grey Tea. Stir until fully combined and then add the lemon juice.
For the cocktail version, now add the gin and vermouth.
Serve with a slice of lemon and mint leaves.
Serve this G&Tea on the rocks with plenty of crushed ice.
