On the second day of Christmas, we give you a vibrant Earl Grey cider cocktail. Much like the Turtle Dove, this cocktail is lively, gentle and the perfect beverage to clear up any post-Christmas blues. Our Earl Grey is infused with the finest Bergamot oils, giving it incredible flavour, making it the perfect addition to any drink.

Ingredients

1. 100ml of Bourbon
2. 1 cup of chilled earl grey tea
3. Juice from one lemon
4. 1 cup of apple cider
5. lemon twists to garnish
6. Ice

Brewing Instructions

1. Fill 4 glasses with ice.
2. Pour the bourbon, chilled earl grey tea, lemon juice into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.

Serving Instructions

1. Pour into the four glasses.
2. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
