On the twelfth day of Christmas, we give to you a delicious Spiced Christmas cocktail. Much like the Drummers Drumming, this cocktail’s flavour has a powerful, spicy taste. Our Christmas tea, making this cocktail truly delicious.

Honey, cinnamon, spiced

Ingredients for this splendid cocktail include:

1. 1 Tregothnan Christmas loose leaf pyramid
2. 2 Tablespoons of Johnny drum private stock bourbon
3. 2 Teaspoons of Cornish estate honey
4. 1 Cinnamon stick
5. 1 Star anise
6. Wedge of lemon

Brewing Instructions:

1. Place the Christmas tea pyramids into a cup of boiling water, letting it brew for 3-4 minutes.
2. Sweeten the brew by adding two teaspoons of honey.

Serving Instructions:

1. Pour the brewed tea into a mug or cup, proceed to add the rum, cinnamon stick, star anise and lemon slice.
2. Stir and enjoy!
