On the 8th day of Christmas, we have created a cocktail that can perfectly complement or replace a pudding! In this festive cocktail, we are combining the strong rich flavours of our Great British Tea with Irish cream and spiced rum to make a beautifully rich and creamy cocktail, fitting in perfectly with Christmas indulgence.
Rich, Creamy, spiced
- 80ml of Great British tea brewed for 4 minutes and let cool (we recommend you use pyramid bags)
- 60ml of Irish Cream
- 40ml of spiced rum
- 15ml of double cream (optional)
- Put all the contents into a cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously for 15-30 seconds.
