- Tregothnan Manuka Chips
- Seaweed, Mussels
- Pink Fir Apple
- Crab Claw
- Boiled Potatoes
- Fresh Herbs
- Sea Vegetables
- Soften Garlic and shallot in a little butter.
- Add Clams, Mussels, Crab Claw, par boiled potatoes and blanched corn.
- Then Steam with beer over Tregothnan Earl Grey, Manuka chips and charcoal.
- Finish with sea vegetables and garnish with burnt lemon and fresh herbs.
