Tregothnan’s Apprenticeship Scheme Opens 2017 Applications
Following our successful apprenticeship programme in 2015 and 2016, we are delighted to be offering places for the third year in a row.
Tregothnan are looking to expand on their ‘Apprentice Employer of the Year Award’ at the Cornwall Apprenticeship Awards last November by looking for award winning individuals across a variety of career options.
We are literally looking to build for the future by offering a rare opportunity for an apprentice stonemason. Claire Scholes, Tregothnan’s Apprentice Coordinator, commented “The stonemasonry apprenticeship will help to train the next generation of heritage craftsmen. Retention of skills proven over centuries is crucial if our traditional buildings are to stay in the best condition for the future”.
One of the great aspects of the Tregothnan scheme is its diversity of opportunity and this year apprentices are also being welcomed in Warehousing & Food Processing, Forestry and Accounts. Please see our Careers and Apprenticeships page for further details.
