Tregothnan Green Tea and Cranberry Smoothie Recipe

Spring is definitely in full swing, and what better way to enjoy this gorgeous bit of sunshine than with a healthy summery smoothie? Frozen fruit is just as good as fresh, and this combo makes it super tasty as well as being full of anti-oxidants and nutrients. The recipe makes 2 breakfast servings, or 4 smaller snack cups.

Ingredients

1 cup of brewed Tregothnan Green Tea, cooled to room temperature, available here

2 ripe bananas

1 cup frozen cranberries

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup frozen blackberries

10 frozen whole strawberries

1/2 cup plain soy milk

4 tablespoons of Cornish clear honey or light brown sugar, available here

Method

Quick and easy! Simply whirl all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
